Getting a translation estimate
How do I get an instant translation estimate?
SPECIAL NOTICE: ESTIMATES FOR CERTIFIED TRANSLATIONS: To get a certified translation of an existing official document, such as a driver's license, a court order or a birth certificate, do not use our online translation estimator. Kindly contact us directly by telephone.
Case 1
The documents you want translated are on your computer. In this case, connect to our server by clicking here.
Important: If you have more than one document for translation, do not forget to compress these files in one zip folder before proceeding as follows:
- Select the source language of your document (the language in which it is written) as well as the target language (the language into which you want your document translated)
- Select the desired translation turnaround time. By default, we have pre-programmed a 72-hour timeframe.
- Indicate whether you want the translation edited by a second translator. This is a good idea if the document is highly technical or very specialized. Two pairs of eyes are better than one!
- In the "Certified" column, indicate whether the documents to be translated will be used for official purposes.
- Click on Browse
- Select the file on your hard drive to be uploaded.
- Provide your name and contact information as well as your country.
- Select the currency of payment
- Click on Display Estimate
The next screen you see will display the price that 001 Translation will charge.
Case 2
The documents you want translated are not on your computer and you only have a paper version.
- If you have a scanner available, scan the documents and then follow the instructions in Case 1.
- If no scanner is available, fax your documents. Refer to our local address to get our fax number.
Case 3
You don't have access to a fax or scanner? No problem, Contact our local representative and he or she will be happy to assist you.
